ICAIE has started coordinating with Sam Rad (Samantha Radocchia) and partners such as the Council of the Great Lakes Region, et al, on scripting our first episode of Illicit Shadows (Ep.1: The Chemical Cartels and their Illicit Enablers) of our ICAIE-RADOC docuseries: Illicit Shadows.
We will be examining the scale of cross-border illicit flows, especially the illegal fentanyl and drug trade, and how these illicit markets generate dirty monies that finance further criminalities in Canada, along the border with the United States with a special spotlight on the Great Lakes region, and beyond in places like Australia and across the Americas and Asia Pacific region alike.
